We understand that from time to time, despite our best efforts, we don't manage to find the perfect rug for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a Return Policy in place for a period of 14 Calendar Days and a full refund will be issued, provided that the "Returned Item" is in its original sellable condition.
Unless a product is not as advertised, you will be responsible to cover the return costs of your order. If you prefer for us to arrange your return , the cost will be deducted from the final refund value.
